An Unforgettable Tennis Afternoon.

On Tuesday, a selection of our Year 3 & 4 children attended a  much-anticipated annual tennis event.  This afternoon was a great opportunity for our children who could participate no matter their previous sporting experience. Our school was split into two teams, Group A and Group B, they had a blast playing tennis matches, scoring first to 11. After playing 5 games the children went into the final knockout round. For Holy Family it was a battle for first place and third place. We played so well and the children represented the school amazingly. It was heart-warming to see their confidence grow with each swing of the racket.The Final results were in and our Group B team finished in 4th receiving a water bottle as their prize to take home. Our Group A finished in 1st place, they were awarded medals.
