World Book Day update - 6th March

All the children had a wonderful time celebrating everything literature last Friday during World Book Day.

From start to finish, the day was crammed full of different activities and learning all around each year groups chosen book. Children were transported around the world, to distant planets, to far-off lands… and to the supermarket (year 1 Supertato). 

It is always such a pleasure to see the children so engaged with books as they stepped through the classroom door into a world of imagination. 

Everyone outdone themselves this year with their costumes as well. It was particularly impressive to see an entire dictionary walking around in year 3.

We look forward to helping the children’s imaginations grow on a daily basis and can’t wait to celebrate World Book Day again next year.
