Year 5 blog:

Our Year 5 children had an exciting and thought-provoking day at their Into University workshop, where they explored the importance of being good citizens in Southampton and the wider community.

Throughout the day, the children worked in teams to design impactful campaigns on key issues, including protecting wildlife, cleaning up our local environment and promoting inclusion in sport. They demonstrated fantastic creativity and passion, developing ideas that could make a real difference in their communities.

Collaboration and teamwork were at the heart of the day, with every child contributing their voice and ideas. Their dedication and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed, as their hard work earned them a class prize from the Into University leaders—a testament to their effort and commitment.

A huge well done to all our Year 5 children for their outstanding teamwork and inspiring ideas.
