Eco blog:

Our Eco Warriors have been busy planning some exciting activities for World Water Day, which we will be celebrating in school on Friday 27th March this half term. This important day helps us all think about how precious water is and how we can take better care of it.

To help mark the occasion, we are inviting all children to wear something blue on the day to represent water. Throughout the day, pupils will take part in activities organised by our Eco Warriors to learn more about saving water and protecting our planet.

We will also be collecting donations for WaterAid, a charity that works to provide clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to communities around the world. Any contribution, big or small, will help support this fantastic cause. https://www.justgiving.com/page/hfcps-wateraid?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL&utm_campaign=020

Our Eco Warriors have also been thinking carefully about how we can save water both at home and in school. They have come up with some fantastic ideas and have written a letter to Mrs Montague to share their suggestions on how we can all work together to reduce water waste.

We are very proud of our Eco Warriors for leading this initiative and helping our school community think about how we can all make a difference.

Thank you in advance for your support. We look forward to a fun and meaningful day of learning together!
