Our Year 6 girls and boys recently enjoyed another friendly football match against Springhill. This was our second time coming together for a friendly fixture and it was lovely to see the children building on the positive experience from our first match.

The game gave the children another great opportunity to put their football skills into practice, work as a team and most importantly, enjoy playing together. They were able to reflect on each other’s strengths from our previous match and think carefully about areas where they could make improvements. It was fantastic to see the children showing teamwork, determination and encouraging each other throughout the game.

As always, it was a pleasure to welcome Springhill and share another enjoyable afternoon of football together. We are already looking forward to meeting them again soon, when we will have the opportunity to play with some different year groups. We can’t wait to continue developing our football skills and building on this great partnership!
